Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things happen and you’re not always able to make your appointment. We ask that you please give a minimum of a 24hr notice for any cancellations or rescheduling of your appointment. This allows us time to offer another guest that timeframe.
Any cancellation or rescheduling after the 24hr window of scheduled appointment time are subject to a $50 fee applied to a future service. If you should have to cancel/reschedule that appointment after the 24hr window, the deposit will not be refunded.
“No call/no show” guests are required to pay a non-refundable fee of $50 and a $50 deposit before scheduling another appointment. The deposit only will be applied to the service total.
